LUG will probably handle the economical part (if you want to buy cash they will sell it) and suport(FAQ and stuffs like that). They will NOT do anything like new content or important stuff like that. (Im from Brazil)

You must be confusing the SA server with the BR server, LUG will not handle anything, the SA server will be IMC’s responsability as all the others servers on steam. Only the BR server (that it’s still being translated to portuguese) will have LUG’s support and have cash sold by the company.

Yo no soy latino pero por darle un “bump” al hilo digo algo.
Yo vivo en españa y he pedido el cambio al servidor EU. Pienso que estaria bien ir a ese servidor por el idioma. El ping no debe de ser horrible, he jugado a servidores latinos de aeria y se podia jugar.

¿Entonces los brasileños tendrían el servidor de LUG y el de IMC? No entiendo bien eso ¿Podría alguien aclarar? 
Muestranos el post donde dice que el nuevo server de SA sera hosteado en Brasil pls, ademas ya se confirmo que habra otro server para BR hosteado por lvlup, asi que son dos cosas distintas, en el SA vamos a estar todo latinoamerica sur menos BRASIL quienes estaran en el servidor aparte.
lug never intent to host a sever. Just handle FAQ, SUPORT, Cash selling (in REAL, brazilian money), and oother things like that.
No importa, vos afirmas como si fuera oficial y no lo es. Cuando lo sea, sera otro tema, pero no afirmes si no podes confirmarlo porq genera confusion.
Eso dices tú pero no se si los BRs van a confiar en LVLUP nuevamente como compañía ya que se sabe que son un asco entonces a mi parecer ellos se quedarán en el SA del Stream y radicarán ahí con el tiempo ese server de LVLUP morirá y los que cambien tendrán que compartir con los BRS for ever y por un ping que bueno, no se sabe si será tan maravilloso ya que de BR a USA los pings son bastante parecidos … a menos que alguien tenga información contraria y real, no me cambiaría de KLAIPEDIA, PUESTO QUE ORSHA también va a la tendencia de morir porque los brs se irán y los pocos que queden se verán obligados en irse a klaipedia en donde se concentran los USA players, hay más personas para compartir que en un server con los minimos.
Desde el anuncio tenia la duda acerca de si serian dos servidores distintos: uno para los brasilenos y otro para el resto de sudamerica. Buscando finalmente encontre esto que creo que aclara las dudas.

Hello, I just came to say that we’re preparing the ping test for the SA server and it should be ready soon (before the application period ends, of course). Just keep an eye out for the announcement.
Also, just to avoid any confusion, the SA server we’re preparing for Steam is separate and independent from the BR server we’re preparing for LUG.

si el server esta en brasil, tu ping promedio si eres de chile sera cercano a 300… pero imc no entiende eso aun
