Got dc’ed after creating my character and I’m still getting the .ipf error.

Just because they opened a brand new server for America Latin doesn’t mean they going to re open the giveway keys again. The Server looks busy already doesn’t know why but isn’t working for me. It says ''The Error that happened with me yesterday about some problems with the IPF Files."
But they did opened it again ;3
How can I know if my ping is lower in the latin american server or on the rest of the servers? Is there any way to check the ping?

Now i can’t connect to the server. Everytime that i try to connect in Laima the client say “Cannot connect to server”, but when i try in new server its ok…
can’t in the server. everytime appears the error, but i make everything with steam, but i can’t in yet .
They will give more keys, I think they will prioritize latin american folk who werent able to get a key(like me haha) just register and wait until nov 6
