I had my account banned without reason and so far the IMC did not give me the look on my tickets or by email I sent as requested. Meanwhile millions of bots continue to create accounts every day. And I do not fraudei any political game’m no access.
A lot of people have been banned from the server by abuse report or AFK Farmer. I had a friend who got into this situation by leaving the Z key while bathing. I think fair the IMC take a position on what actions and how long it will take, to give people asnwers that was banned incorretly.

You’re not gonna get banned if you did nothing shady bro.
You did something that either IS against the rules, or can be seen by others as against the rules and caused a high number of reports… (afk’ing with a weighted item on your Z key for auto-attack farming, I.E.)
Be patient for a response, and stop trying to take a lazy/cheaty route next time 
This post clearly says that: “If you feel you have been wrongly banned, please report your case to us through the support page. Your reports will be used as important data for us.”
If you truly believe that you absolutely did nothing wrong, then wait patiently for a reply. That’s all you can do. Compalining to the community won’t solve a thing. I’m sorry…

Carlos is my friend, and he play almost every day with me, we use skype to communication , so i have 100% Assurance that he is not a bot. The only thing that he do some times is afk farming with an object pressing z for him.
AFK farming is not a fair thing. The purpose is exactly the same of a bot: progress without actively having to play it.
IMC said it would be handled differently from bots, not that it would be allowed.

This is the reason he got banned. I saw more people being banned for the same reason. Guys, this is not agreed! Practically you gain EXP without any effort. If you really have to do something else, just log out and go or stay afk in a safe corner or town!
