  1. The player literally fights more than half an hour without Dievdirbys statues, proving that Bong plainly sucks at supporting/healing. The Hunter is also using Smugis set effect, very questionable decision. (I personally dislike Smugis overall, less DPS than Ataka)

  2. kTOS is still living the old meta ‘Priest-Diev-Oracle’ for support build when Kabbalist and Oracle are currently meta for Moring HM and most likely the same for Glacier Legend Raid.

  3. ->Templar/Peltasta, i hope that’s a joke. @Ennislol runs his Moring HM party with 3 Archers, one of them tanking proving that you literally don’t need a swordsman, much less a tank.

  4. The only scary mechanic looks to be Pizza (at least it doesn’t have pineapple) and Hearts, with the right builds you can clear this raid in probably half that time.

They DPS through most of Witch mechanics without much trouble, looks way easier than Moring HM, but not having a Kabbalist is yikes, not just in terms of healing(Ein Sof) but Gevura is simply really good.

TL;DR:
Take that video with a grain of salt.

Bong is not part of this fight. This is not his Youtube channel, and he’s not playing in the party at all. Someone is in a guild named Bong, but that is not him.

This is subjective and debateable.

This is not true. Kabbalist is meta in KTOS, and is used to defeat the unique raid thanks to Ein Sof. However, Ein Sof was nerfed greatly in KTEST, so they chose to use Dievdirbys instead.

The healer is an Oracle.

This is not Moring HM.

Both Dievdirbys and Gevura are strong. Exchanging one for the other has multiple merits and demerits, and would not simply cause the raid to be a success.

You don’t know any of the mechanics.

It’s totally possible considering there’s parties with no swordsman at all for Moring HM. Which proves my point even further that tanks are not required for such ‘hard raids’ like Moring HM.

Agreed. This only encourages RMT and bots, as we can see with all the reports on forums from Telsai. Fortunately, we don’t have these back on Fedi. Yet.

So let’s look at the lottery and make a quick approximative calculation, supposing that we only play the lottery to get the mats. For one Archenium, we need: Mystic Tome Page x20, Goddess’ Blessed Gem x20, Practonium x10, Archistone Fragment x1. Let’s suppose the chance to get each item is constant per grade and each grade has 1/10 the drop rate of the previous grade (white: 1/1, blue: 1/10, red: 1/100, yellow: 1/1000), and we don’t get any bundles.

Mystic Tome Page: 20 at 1/40 drop chance = 80 mil silver
Goddess’ Blessed Gem: we need 200 shards at 1/4 drop chance + 20 recipes for crafting = 81 mil silver
Practonium: 10 at 1/40 drop chance = 40 mil silver
Archistone Fragment: 1 at 1/400 drop chance = 40 mil silver

Result: to craft one Archenium using only the lottery, it would roughly require on average a whoopy 241 mil silver.

cheap 20 BG is through 4days of 5x1000 merc badge (2 runs of uphill VH+bonus).

It might not be directly related to this thread, but Bong plays on Test server only because his account got permanently banned on Live server for using “certain program” a year ago.

If I recall, Bong got banned for abusing an event where you sit around campfires for roasted potatoes (or something, I forgot) , but yeah it was known that he was banned from kToS for quite some time.
