I don’t think a criticism can be based on a sentence or two.
There must be an argument and a way to correct it so it could be valid.

You can check the number boosted in +% scaling in the character stats all the way at the bottom. 1350 is around 10% damage value against certain target according to the Vaivora trinket. This is much better compare to Moringponia Trinket where it increased 10% damage for magic circle. The Vaivora Trinket also give 240 crit rate, which is really nice add-on for extra crit chance.

So, you are certain it is a DAMAGE increase and not like it is said an ATK increase?
lol a Hedgehog mount, it looks cool but also Weird.
don’t u feel uncomfortable sitting on the THORNS(Spines) that is poking ur A$$ ?? or do u need plate armors to sit on it xD
I feel like they focused on the wrong sapper skills for their megabuffs, Claymore has a 5 target limit, which makes it a terrible AoE skill even if it deals big ass damage, and its a single hit which caps you at 10m. Punji stake has a super long 40s cooldown for a skill that deals one hit (also max 10m damage).
Spike shooter has potential, but if the boss ever moves out of the area you deployed in, you can lost out on a lot of damage due to its high duration and cooldown.
Broom trap i think seems to be in an alright spot, its a decent AoE skill.
Stake stockades remain as a complete waste of 15 skill points as it always has been.
That’s like a +3.7% damage modifier against level 450 enemies, kinda meh but it’s more damage.
this hedgehog remind me of some old forumer profile picture, but i cant recall his name
oh right! @Val
thanks for reminding me
Totally agree. Considering that Claymore in real life is like some sort of big explosion. Then it only hits 5 targets… Shouldve made that the biggest SFR in Sapper kit, nd lower CD of Punji.
No wonder no one plays Sapper
you mean me? I still lurk around
yeah you!
you must be what inspired that pet, lol
I hate that people now think Vaivora as part of build identity…
As if it’s easy for people to make 300~700 million money on an insane rng item you’d never get the one you need from normal playing. (Borderline you need to get one and resell it to buy the one you need)
Instead of buffing classes that desperately need help , they just toss in a vaivora and says: Hey this will fix your garbage class, but prepare 500 mil first because everyone need that weapon otherwise your class is trash.
Big idea, why not just BUFFFFFFF those classes, or adding new arts on those classes?
I think IMC developer team is full of really talented designers, but really bad developers. It seems they can’t envision their decisions well, most of the time it seems they’re lost and don’t know what to do with the game, what direction they want it to be. I wish the korean audience (which seems the only one they care) could tell them the same thing you did here, but well, let’s just hope for the best I guess.
We are facing a critical stage in ToS, where the game is faithfully being amended by developers as hard as they could. Sadly though, it seems not as good as we want to be.
Maybe this is the dilemma with MMORG, where game always has to be expandedand developers have to be intuitive to keep people from playing.
Game is good currently, everyone busy farming, lots of changes. But then again… Gott have something worthwhile and meaningful to do really…
We have to admit Re:build is a step of right direction overall for this game.
However for this Vaivora system is like 10 steps backward…
And now they’re planning on a 3rd batch of Vaivora used to “fix” those underplayed garbage classes…
just my 2 cent here,
maybe at CM stage 10 all mobs will be all elites, ergo vaivora will drop more than 1 per run
Some people are into butt pain
Instead of directly buffing underwhelming classes, they buff classes behind RNG vaivora as a mean to retain players count from dwindling. They know the game content will run out quickly thus lesser incentive to stay ingame, so instead they prolong it with such mess because then people will stay longer to get vaivora (if even get any) in order to get desired ‘buff’.
It really boggles me why at this point they don’t introduce better way to get vaivora, if they intend to make vaivora as a mean to buff the classes. Oh, I’m pretty sure they will introduce gamble box to get vaivora collection box later on after many complains pile up in KTOS. You know, something in line with “Why release free patch if we can monetize the patch?”

oh, they already complain about vaivora rate or lacking of vaivora source?
Ranger has literally 0 viable dps oritented skill.
Only for buff and debuff XD.
I mean how can a class dps skill worse than Multishot + Moring ichor
