It’s so lame when they decided to bring Scout into main class and put “Sub-weapon damage” as main calculation of every Scout-subclass skills.

I need to remind you this cycle we have been discussing has been circulating since ele tao era which is about 2 years ago. Where they jack everything else up, when there is only 1 outlier that brings the balance to question.

Yes you can just jack things up again. But how imc doing it has been a horse race so far.

Since EP12, imc themselves tasted their own crap of defense formula that they had to jack all the defense of contents up so high that its funny that defense nowadays, results in you dealing only about 4% of your original damage. The numbers are so sensitive now that they had to reduce all the armor reduction effect of skills, basically killing one of the uniqueness, towards the path of either you are totally viable, or totally garbage based on the small difference weapon and classes could get.

I guess it is perfectly hits the model idea is that to shift meta around over and over again, without precise balance across the classes, just bluntly “lets bloat the numbers and let it win for awhile” or i should say, the lazy way of doing it.

I agree on this point. Somehow IMC is lazy to think the calculation up ahead for the future. They just shoved out fixes that players complained only to be complained again on the next update.

I hope after 64bit and DX11 updates IMC can be innovative for the rebalancing and reworking every single class and skill so they can boast Tree of Savior for its multi-classes build (not only following meta over and over again).

Suggestion #1: Split Singularity should not be like this.

Split Singularity is content that provides a large amount of currency (silver) relative to the low amount of play time required and its difficulty level.

Furthermore, this amount of play time to complete runs and obtain silver was shortened by an excessive amount due to the use of Multiply Tokens. The low stat/gear requirement on top of near-infinite entry vouchers created a harmonious combination, creating a very easy way for multiple clients/accounts to play together.

It is difficult to completely block a single user from playing multiple accounts simultaneously, unless the main rewards from the content completely prevent any personal trading. However, since the development team does intend for the game to be played with one user per account, adjustments were made in the November 12 update to make it more difficult for multiple accounts to obtain rewards.

-Reduced the total number of Challenge Mode/Split Singularity vouchers and stopped supplying Multiply Tokens
-Challenge Mode/Split Singularity vouchers supplied on a daily basis and cannot be stored for more than 1 day
-Added a reward penalty when playing multiple accounts from the same IP
-Added restrictions on receiving party rewards when not contributing to actual gameplay by either intentionally entering the portal late or simply waiting while incapable of combat
-Added a combat power penalty that scales in proportion to the number of characters that are too far away from other party members in Split Singularity (and thus, not participating in battle)

It is not possible to simply block all multiple account gameplay with just a few changes, but through constant adjustments, we will continuously make it more inconvenient and less efficient to do so.

Playing with multiple accounts by itself is not necessarily problematic, but at the moment it is too easy to obtain specific resources through doing so, and thus we have set up a policy for future updates to ensure that playing a single account won’t incur significant losses compared to those who play multiple accounts. By default, there should be no problems going forward with new updates, but if further problems do occur, we will proceed in the same direction we did above and make changes as needed.

We are preparing the following updates for December.

Challenge Mode and Split Singularity will be revamped as automatic matching content. It will be setup so that it can be cleared even with the randomness of different combinations of classes, and in the case of Challenge Mode, we are also testing reducing the total number of stages and/or select a single specific stage to complete. The combat balance of Challenge Mode and Split Singularity enemies will also change accordingly. The monster attack power will be weaker, their HP will be higher, and the time limit allowed to clear will be shorter than before, so the possibility of abusing multiple accounts is reduced even further, while general users that play with reasonably equipped characters can clear without too much difficulty. Also, the ratio of silver rewarded in comparison to the level of the map will be different. For any area up to and including Episode 12, we will leave the current system for creating parties and entering the content, but only automatic matching will be allowed in the new episode areas that provide new rewards.

The development team believes that an average player that cleared the episode quests and is participating in events will be able to use those rewards to complete Challenge Modes, Split Singularities, and Level Dungeons every day casually with other random users. If automatic matching is enabled for these contents that provide important rewards, we believe the inconvenience of having to form a party every day to complete Challenge Mode/Split Singularity due to the short expiration time on the tickets will be alleviated.

We will provide specific details on our changes in the upcoming Episode 13 update post.

i thinking the very simple way to make ppl play only one 1id is make everything drop from quest.
like the old guild mission mage tower. no ppl can sit and wait dps do everything. like that muti acc ppl also cry in pain

i reallly not understand why they waste alot time to improve AFK content

Auto-match CMs/singularity is interesting. I think this change will help those like me, who play in the early morning, when it is sometimes hard to find parties to run content with.

Imo the bad part about many of these changes against multi-accs, is how they end up hurting single account players just as much. :tired:

it might end up like dun400 where ppl just afk and hold the queue, or having a random pt of 5 healers and cannot clear content

Auto match Singularity is a pretty stupid idea.
You already saw a lot of people in dgn 400 afking or with 0 gear.
Auto match DS will just encourage that.

The current gear able to clear DS5 are all glacial +16 weap and full Dysnai with full Demon/ Goddess ichor AT LEAST.

And they’re going to buff the hp and shorten the time? What?
This on top of automatching CM/ DS5…

Geez the KTOS dev really have no idea what ITOS is like right now.
They think we got all the insane benefit/ giveaway like KTOS and all overgeared with 0 effort?
We never get 10 CM scroll per day, we never have real giveaway, we don’t even have vvr switch.

Before they are going to that direction (which every player is equal, average and full timers), they REALLY should working on dissipating overpowered meta build with least picked class builds. Again, there are people (like me) who love to experimenting builds and so, and that experiment comes out pricey. You have to make several equips that only be used by that particular build (like shield classes, AA classes, and so) and of course, reselling it would be pain as heck because the build is not meta.

If they are going into this direction, they should encourage the players with benefit of having multiple characters (those 33 TP character slot). They shouldn’t make the silver gained from quest done by other characters got decreased. For me it feels like they are making single account players discouraged to buy more character slots.

Seriously this is a huge joke.
You can already see in dgn400 where people afk/ 0 gear leecher , can’t even clear dgn 400 w/o carry.
Those are the so-called old ez contents yet there’s already a huge gap.

Now they’re going to dump all those players into auto que latest/ hardest content of CM/ DS5?

Also this game matchup is terrible , that it doesn’t guarantee you proper team composition.
A team can end up getting no healer, too many healer, too many support, too little aoe, etc etc.

Not to mention many people do CM as a guild/ friend group and having a chill time.
Now they’re going to prevent this in new contents?

you could literally do DS5 with varna and either a pala barrier or cc wiz or linker and a good party, what full glacia +16.

what i conclude is the whale want singu just for whales
more hp and less time can only means more dmg needed
imc want only luciferi or karaliene and +21+ bearer can beat singu
they also want the stronk to be able to solo it cause of less mob and they also will hit less now, no need support, whale just need to be whaley tanky, they can now get rich their own(or with their alts)
making them become more fat and rich while the rest can only leech or just progressing very slowly and dreaming to ever reach them which never gonna come true unless you decided to buy their cubes

as long as there is tradability stuffs from silver/items and also market system any attempt you make is worthless

just freaking lock account progress all to itself a.k.a kill tradability thus there will be no more temptation to funnelling progress/stuffs cause there is nothing to trade, but the question is will you dare cause that also technically kill one mmo aspect of the game

honestly just do it cause so far i like how your “burn the house down to kill the rat” decision making

no need to act like fighting over cancer when you spread the cancer itself for example from selling premium entry vouchers/token from cm to the latest sole hunt.

Hypocrisy. The players are not the ones who made content, then released multiply tokens THEN literally sell them in TP shop for $.

IMC says that now after earning from the packages or gacha that had multiply tokens / entry resets?

Now tell me who the fcuk is messing up, IMC or its dwindling playerbase?

You probably being carried by people with Verna gears but actually using Seal 3, Ark, +16~21 glacial, with goddess Ichor attached without knowing. They wear verna probably for Ataka/ Smugis.

Time would not be enough if all your team members are with the real verna standard gear players.

Plus you also mentioned about party setup. Congrats you can’t have that in the new DS5 auto que.
You can’t do the content with your own party.

Sing5 is very possible with old gear (all full varna, no goddess/demon ichors).
We did that on the 1st days. Sometimes a bit close and can be hard. But enough time…

And if the party is a bit weaker… there is 4 and also 3

That can also be possible as Ataka may still be viable… but with the era of new legendaries everyone will be running with the new gears soon, + trans discount event so yeah we’re leaning towards the gear changes

Also if people do plan to spam ds5, they’re likely to come up with ways to do it more effectively/efficiently. And with the loots, then new gears etc…
