Maybe the krivis’ VV is exactly to face boss as the class already has aoe and damage to face normal monsters

I always imagined a costume inspired by moster hunter like a knight with his armor made from game mobs parts it would be cool xD

we arent talking about meta build like wiz, sword, sorc or recently archer. with exception of exo, any new goodies for cleric will get nerf. learn your lesson.

often by the description they look incredible but in the end when it comes to using them they’re not that good.

cool but really exaggerated the animation of the monk’s VV o.O

in addition the Granado Espada the other MMO of the imc has a customizable training pole for years i don’t know why they haven’t implemented it here in tos especially now that the skills have many more hits.

All these new Vaivoras having graphic lag-inducing effects (except Krivis Vaivora) … I dub the one working on this patch The Lag Intern. (Jkjk)

Monk Vaivora’s Advance spam will probably be ironed out, but at least Physical Clerics have 2 new Vaivoras on top of Inquisitor (laughs in Krivis) to choose from now compared to only 1 Vaivora right now. I still see Inquisitor Vaivora as being competitive with Monk Vaivora (assuming that bug is indeed a bug), but Krivis Vaivora really lacks pizzazz until 50 stacks especially since IMC changed Zaibas and Zaibas Art’s animation effect (like why). I wish they halved the stack requirement and adjusted the SFR accordingly to let its effects shine in more situations. Vaivora Echo for Shield and Dagger is a welcome addition for Chaplains (and IDK who uses Echo Dagger, Corsair?).

(Oh yeah about Krivis Vaivora stacking, Zaibas and its Art deals 57 stacks, Divine Stigma 1 stack per second until 15 or 20 if devil, and Aukuras deals 1 stack per second to anyone within its debuff range for 30s.)

On the side of Magic Clerics though, Magic Clerics have way too many Vaivoras to choose from already (though every Magic Cleric build runs Krivis to a huge extent), it’s going to be a hard one for Krivis Vaivora to fit in and shine there. With that said though, Sadhu Vaivora was really made by the wrong intern, this guy should’ve been the one to work on it instead :crazy_face:.

… Time to live in ktest servers for a week or two as a Monk before IMC “fixes” Monk Vaivora.

No idea haha, Zealot will probably get an update sooner or later though. All its skills are physical with magic attributes that are redundant to Zealot (Fire, Holy, Lightning) due to it being physical, and seeing how they addressed Energy Blast from Holy to Strike …

The kTest patch moved to kToS and I think nothing’s changed on Monk Vaivora, what about the others?

If I’m correct… the vv4 destruction gave rampage an additional 9 hits and the vv4 effect was for blind fire final damage. They swapped that out for rampage final damage

at lv 1, Monk vaivora is stronger, while at lv 4 Inquisitor vaivora is stronger. If we consider the multi-trigger a bug, Inquisitor Vaivora boosts God Smash damage by about 17000% within 15 seconds, while Monk would produce about 15000% - 30000% within the same 15 seconds as long as you use a Monk skill every 5 seconds.
Both God Smash and Double Punch are not ideal for investment since their basic output is low, making you want to prioritize other,stronger skills first, that require less management.

The one advantage the Monk vaivora has is the 1480 strike damage amplification,which affects all Monk skills [all are strike attribute on KTOS]. You shan’t forget that without Inquisitor vaivora, your God Smash is useless if you play with Monk and Inquisitor, and so far there are not decent alternative skills in there,either (forever forgotten after all the nerfs are Pear of Anguish, Malleus Maleficarum and Iron Maiden), so if you love your Inquisitor, use its vaivora and not Monks,even if Monks vaivora is better for DPS.

The good thing is that in contrast to Inquisitor, Monks don’t need a lv 4 vaivora since its effect is partially locked behind steep investment again for the maximum possible result, being less than 10000% additional damage per second of channeling Double Punch.
Having access to a 45% Cool down time reduction on Ripper is on a complete other level,since it is already buffed by Inquisitors basic features (Judgment, Breaking Wheel, extra damage per hit of continuous channeling, 15% defense ignore by attribute) as well as equipment (goddess channeling set, Inquisitor vaivora damage boost after 3x God Smash), guaranteeing you 100-200m damage every 44/30/24 seconds with the right equipment and buffs.

The Ktest values are still object to change,though, so maybe Monk vaivora lv 4 will be changed accordingly to focus on another skill instead,making it obligatory to reach lv 4 asap just like Inquisitor.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they actually give Zealot a conversion attribute to magic Cleric to keep the attributes and change the physical form to slash type to accommodate Inquisitor builds, which has its strongest skills in the slash type category. my guess is that Inquisitor will become a slash & strike hybrid class to fit with Zealot, Chaplain, Paladin, Krivis, Druid, and Monk.
So far only Druid and Zealot have a potential for slash damage, while the rest is focused on strike, but I don’t believe IMC will force all of Inquisitors skills to become strike type and unite Cleric as strike or magic, as it seems to be silly.
There is also the option that Zealot might be able to convert all damage into slash property with Fanaticism (would be a great way to remake the useless skill art) in the future, we will have to stay tuned.

the echo, is a buff that increases add. dmg in the F1(if yes, how much time?) or it increase only one hit when active?
