Well yes, since Expand attribute is still there and Aiming lets mobs take more hits from Arrow Sprinkle, but overall, I’m generally unimpressed with Falc 3/Mergen now, so I’ll probably use this opportunity to try different builds.
If its the case ill go Rogue2 on R9

i feel like auto attack build will be quite good with these falc3 changes, circling is nearly permanent (5s downtime) and running shot QoL changes, qs3-falc3-bm1 will be doing good dmg

I see nothing wrong with your build honestly (here I’m assuming you are Ar2/Sap3/Fal3/Mer1, right?) you are just heavly undergeared. 
I don’t know what weapon you’re using on kTOS/kTEST, but you’re dealing 9-10k crit with a level 10 Broom Trap (which has 283% skill factor, with no enchancement attributes) and you can’t clear the same wave even with 2x Triple Arrows, so I’m assuming your weapon is very bad sadly. 
Falc3+Mergen synergy is still there (look how many targets Triple Arrow hits) they only nerfed the Homing Combo, and boosted Falc3 in other ways… if you’re Sapper3 Falc3 I see no reason not go Mergen1 at rank9, it’s a no brainer… if you are a QS3 I could see people going for BM1 instead, but I don’t really like the autos playstyle myself and I don’t think it will be very popular outside of map farming purposes (if you want something different from a Swarz3/ThaumaFF) of course I may be wrong here, nothing set in stone yet.

I wasn’t unimpressed by the damage, it was more of the nerfed synergy. I’m aware I have a bad weapon (it’s very, VERY bad) but I’m 100% sure Falc 3 > BM 1 would outperform Mergen at this point regardless.
