Equipament inst enough to pierce block from full con characters.
Almost everyone have solmiki equipaments on kTOS and Solmiki glves give a lot of blockpen.
I know the problem is ranged vs Murm, but I have melee skills too (Hunter skill, Falco Skill, some Musketer skills are melee), I don`t have problem against Murm not full CON, but the full con ones are imposible to hit even with melees, and when I hit him at max is a 10k hit against 90k+ HP, Block have to be capped at 50% or something like that in PVP
Rogues Evasion is like the block skills for archers but his duration is 20 sec with 90sec cooldown vs Murm helmet 100% uptime -_-
Doesnāt murms helmet buff give them a huge block chance against missle attacks. My 0 con invested murm blocks them often. Anyway I think some high dex builds can do well in PVP.
Thatās exactly what we need, a cap in majority of op stats like flee or block.
In other mmo called RF Online, there is also a block and evade stats, everytime you block or evade consecutively your stamina drains and when it becomes 0 you will no longer able to block/evade. I hope this apply in TOS. @STAFF_Letitia
Now that they removed some skills cost on Stamina, and stamina is only relevant to certain classes. This could be interesting. (But i can see Shinobis raging if its applied just with those rules lol)

they have all these stats, interesting skills and potential in sub stats they never use. basically only 3 sets of gear worth getting. skills which are all getting buff so much everything ends up much the same. they could easily make the game have 3 stats, a handful of secondary ones, one set of gear and 3 jobs: and youād probably never notice the difference.
Block penetration negates block, itās substractive inside the formula for blockrate:
Blockrate = (block - block penetration)^0,7
This means 100 block penetration negates 100 block, while the block rate reduced by the block penetration depends on the total amount of block, e.g.
(200 block - 100 block penetration)^0,7 = 25% block rate
while the 200 block = 40,8%; this means that in the case of 200 block your block penetration reduced the block rate by 15,8%.
Meanwhile at 500 block, your 100 block penetration only reduces the block rate by 11,2% (77,49% -> 66,29%).
You need ~ 720 more block than the enemy has block penetration to completely block all of his attacks(Block rate = 100%).
It seems the normal attack is lighting, might a good summon that works with Cryomancer.
