sage duplicating frost pillar and ice wall

Relatively small patch, nothing new on Miko/Kannushi either by the looks of it.

Cannon Barrage got nerfed from 150% to 100%.
Bazooka has increased range, more AoE, and 5k flat damage bonus.

nice to know it duplicates icewall on top of it instead of displacing all over the place

ya easier to pp combo, but the frost pillar isnā€™t that great, it duplicate it beside the original one, and it have shorter duration as well, it break at the same time despite being created at a later time than the original.

though, when it duplicates it, does it just copy it at lv1?

Cause copying 8 icewall tiles might look cool, but if its only lv1 icewall, and in turn, can only shoot one 1(?) shard before melting, then its a lot more underwhelming than it seems

now you mention it, I think this is correct, need to search for that patch note.

Reading the patchnotes and it says something about the skill damage calculation being changed.

Does this mean Cannon Barrage is now a true multi-hit? So instead of 150% for the total of the 3 hits, we now get 3x100%? Would this be a buff instead of a nerf then?

Do you know something about Doppelā€™s Cyclone? Its current cooldown is 45, +10 with attribute, but here in iTOS it doesnā€™t apply (fortunately).

Iā€™m all for Doppel buffs. Though this does softly cement that the C3 skills are a little underwhelming aside base damage compared to what Zucken and Redel would pump out. I sorta wish Zornhau was more than a 1 pointer due to point constraint though.

Iā€™m going by the game files, havenā€™t looked into the patch notes myeslf. Cannon Barrageā€™s SklFactor was changed from 150 to 100.
But nerfing Cannons makes no sense, as they were considered second worst offensive R8, so letā€™s hope it means that itā€™s true multihit now.

Itā€™s only Zucken, Redel, and Zornhau. Cyclone: Movement still has +10s listed.

Yeha, but here in iTOS it doesnā€™t apply. We still have Cyclone with 45s instead of 55s of cooldown.

I am guessing that they changed it to 100% + 3296 with true multi instead of fake multi 150% + 3296. True multi with 150% and 2 overheats will make it an extremely powerful skill.

Just Backstab? ā– ā– ā– ā–  it whatever this is still going to make me make a rogue hakka even without mounted feint, lachrymator and capture. Even vendetta isnā€™t usable while mounted but nobody would ever know because it should never be used period. Feint I just donā€™t understand at all though.

Now the question becomes, stop at rogue c2, or go c3 and hope for something actually useful to be added in the future?
