On the plus side, it means you can farm whichever mob inside HG your build is best for.
If you are a SR3, appraiser maybe outshine ranger 3 because +5 offhand buff, blindside sure crit and devaluation debuff are so good.

What does blindside gives and devaluation debuff?
blindside will leave a debuff on target that increase crit chance when attacking. Devaluation has chance, I think. Sometimes I see it mark debuff, sometimes doesnât. on tos neet it says: 50% chance
