Did you play on ktos server? Is that now cyclone still worth to max? since it already capped the duration at lv 1, and each level only add 7% damage per hit (i dont know how much the max hit now).
From tos-kr.neet, hit every 0.2s with 5.5s duration this should be like 27 hits (not taking into account the user ping), so this mean you would be getting 27 * 7.7 =~ 200% for each level in the best case. I would definitely take it before any other skill.

Iâve been saying this for a while, I hate how Swordsman builds work. They all lock you into a weapon so strictly that it just makes one or two paths clearly optimal. They donât have the easy weapon swapping of an archer, plus even with archer itâs better to avoid it because having two weapons is so expensive. This is why the least popular builds list is always all swordsmen, because most swordsman builds are just OBVIOUSLY bad while for other classes most things can at least work even if theyâre not great.
SR 3 +R3= farming 140/170 + ET

Flechter 3+ mergen all arround but better in single target (even if crossfire make flechter a good AOE class too)
SR3+appraiser , farming build who can set a shop i guess? almost as stronk as the frist one if itâs not the same anyway
