Basic hits and DOV now add 12-14 hits to Cyclone with quicken thats another 10-15.

So how is that not a nerf when your cyclone only hits 25 hits now instead of 5x hits.

They won’t translate to you reason NOR DEFINE. They will just put Fixes out there for you to figure out.
Only players playing it will know.
Which is why TOS encourage players to Multi character to expose to all kind of classes.

atm dov lvl 15 is 38 hits per overheat with quicken 42

I would like to point out DoV and Quicken can both be 16 and 17 from Divine might and Quicken gem. Dov 15 + Quicken 15 = 51 hits Dov 16 + Quicken 17 = 60 hits u can verify it with practice dummy in Highlander's room And…a few more tips Quicken scroll 2 pieces = 5 talts, stock up some when u dont have a chrono in PT additional tips, Glass mole card has a bug now it offers 80% and 80% again if u use it with blue pots and recovery pots, its fixed in KR but itos still has it.

At least, I hope the increase attack speed from DOV only not requires weapon swap to active it. Current even when DOV ends, I still have the aspd until I change channel, map or equip.

If you have at lvl 15, you receive +150% of aspd without 15 stacks.
