kTOS General Thread v2.0

sort of all “craft shop” is like that in ToS

Doesn’t change the fact that economy is ■■■■ and market is void of items you would use your silver on… So you use it on… SILVER SINKS (aka attributes, cubes reroll and upgrades) /paf

you have to do a bit of google translating, for example bow works out to 2 pract. 15 artil. ore 54 yellow carto antennas and 18 undamaged mourningbird wings, just find the weapon you need in Korean online, copy paste the symbols into google and hit search, then translate the pages that come up, or specific pics etc but we have the majority of the stuff in itos, just missing 1 component

appraisal related

before appraised

after

You can only used appraisal service for eqs thats drop in free dungeon

Honestly not only in game development, mmos can be viewed as a micro-society so stuff like EVE online can be used to study about economic interactions, not to forget the WoW bug that actually was studied as a exemple of whay could happen in case of a highly letal and transmissible disease

Bong TOS posted all 4 ‘instances’ recently on youtube.

Thank you very much

/atleast20thanks

probably not, not really sure tho

Absolutely. EVE when it comes to economics is incredible. I found a quick Washington Post article: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2012/09/28/the-economics-of-video-games/

that talks about hiring economists for games. It’s certainly interesting. Then of course there was the WoW plague. MMO’s are great.
