More like, IMC isn’t even aware of how their own skills work.

Which, to be honest, isn’t even an uncommon thing. From my own work in the games industry I recall many a conversation that went something like
"X feels a little weak, maybe we should try increasing it to 100."
“I’m pretty sure X is already 100 though?”
"No way, it definitely feels weaker than 100."
After checking files, “Actually, X is 120.”
“Oh, well, it’s probably fine then.”

I guess it stacks a buff the longer you dash, but it seems to only augment barbarian skills.

No idea.

only stated to be gain bonus damage when using a skill while in dash. (dash > skill etc)

No idea on the mod. More like no one is discussing about it in inven either.

Only clear thing is it require dash state (before skill) to proc lol.

Maybe.

It was obtainable from a login Event that took place in kTOS. I’m not sure of the means to obtain it in iTOS currently.

A person from inven had reported it around ~500 extra of damage to their skills at 5 stacks of the buff, so they have assumed it is around 100 bonus attack for every stack of wild you get, i don’t know what the cap is for the stacks. In another forum, someone said they felt around 3~35% total damage increase, but they require more testing to be done, not much to go on but i hope it’s something.

Detector has the same effect as the scout’s skill “scan”
