why is that? it looks like it has good multiplier with those buffs maybe not r8 but can’t even beat r6 skills?
It’s pretty much a band aid. Sapper is decent alone at r6 now but definitely not r8
The base damage is still extremely low, and the skills are still on long cooldowns and some are awkward to set compared to just fire and forget big nukes.
Claymore and Spike Shooter with bows look nuke tier against flying with this change.
hmmm I just checked and you’re right, they seem to suffer like pyros low base damage
Well, it was never a problem in the past because skills with % multipliers or multihits had great scaling, but now with the huge 10k+ base damage of skills and the high defense of enemies anything with low base damage suffers since multipliers are applied after defense reduces your damage.
So, no changes at all on gvg?
Their job is to help in the mid levels (between ranks 5 and 7) and they seem to do that job well enough.
You know what else helps at mid lvs? XP cards. Any chance the lv restriction on xp cards gets removed in ktos? Any buzz on the subject? I explored the orsha maps for lv 13 - 14 cards and they put my lv 54 swordie at 200. So… yeah 
They put those lvl restrictions for cards to stop people from jumping that fast in the first place, beta didnt had that restriction and players “abused” the hell out of it.
IMC wants you to do all those quests, no skipping.
People would just run and get the map explore cards off 280+ zones that are filled with non-aggressive monsters and just take a couple of those to jump from lv30-180 in a few cards instantly

Cards have innate level requirements. None of the Lv12/13/14 cards are usable by anyone below Lv250/275/300 respectively. This can’t happen.
Err… I already skip those, on 3 toons no less. The latest 1 I just used a clear voucher. Then there’s constructor till 90 then another set of vouchers to 100. Then it’s lazy mode missions to 200.
That or I just follow that guide that tells me exactly what to skip to get to 200 faster.
I wish they would add an attribute that makes Right arm buff 2hand weapons…or heck, just make the buff apply to 2hands as they would to a subweapon.

I guess Acc is a PvP thing. Not sure how good evade boosts are for PvE doppels in R8… they still cap it with gear?

i know this is probably not the right thread to ask but this but I will appreciate if someone could answer this in regards to sappers skill claymore.
at Level 15 this is Claymores stats…
Attack: 300% + 1332
Attribute Damage: 5%
AoE Attack Ratio: 5
Consumes 1 Claymore
My question is what is that attribute damage of 5%. It seems to be unrelated to enhancement as my enhancement is 0. Also if i enhance claymore to 50%, will that increase the 300% of physical attack or only the skill damage of 1332. Last if they plan to release a patch that has 2.5x damage for claymore, is that for the physical attack increase or only skill damage. Please let me know. Thank you.

If they release a patch that increases the damage of Claymore by x2.5 we’d have to see if it increases just the % modifier only or both the % and flat modifiers.
