They won’t translate to you reason NOR DEFINE. They will just put Fixes out there for you to figure out.
Only players playing it will know.
Which is why TOS encourage players to Multi character to expose to all kind of classes.

I wasn’t able to translate anything aside from pistol now being able to be used on DWA, which is great.
atm dov lvl 15 is 38 hits per overheat with quicken 42
? o.o where do you get 10-15 hits from quicken

At least, I hope the increase attack speed from DOV only not requires weapon swap to active it. Current even when DOV ends, I still have the aspd until I change channel, map or equip.
If you have at lvl 15, you receive +150% of aspd without 15 stacks.

Very curious about it. Only lvl 1, so… Pillage Attribute = Jolly Roger lvl 15? I hope they’r going to fix JR combo for iTOS, because now it’s the only (along Unity attribute) reason to have this skill.
I believe it’s Jolly Roger level 5 for Corsair c1, level 10 for Corsair c2 and 15 for c3.
