It depends on how you read it… If anything, let that item korean exclusive only…
How many real/pure kToS players there? There are many players that just have korean accounts and logged in there just for testing new updates. Level up+farming silver in kToS was easy thanks to exclusive features there. More like IMC starts to desperate to attract players by giving 100x EXP rates type item, just like RO official servers nowadays…

From the look of it, 1h spear + shield is better than 2h spear. Darn those shields look OP
With that new weapons what I can say:

Woah They add option for companion about attack or not O O. Now no one will complain about companion rush to attack while have stamina anymore right?
And we can command companion to our location too? hmm. Maybe this will help a build need to re-mount a lot.

You don’t have to use one or the another, you can use both.
Why would I care that it is worse than cure? It is another damaging skill and it can hit flying targets.
