Not really. It depends on your build and equipment. I’m soloing almost everything but with a Sapper (which is like a PvE god, lol).

There’s a lot of fun in playing as a Sapper. But I’d say that it is more like “multi-hit AoE” (that scales pretty well) than burst damage (which you can only go like 10k+ with claymore at Lv.200). You need to see what better fits your play style.
I would try Fletcher or some other more “archer-oriented” class but I don’t really like the overall damage comparing to what I can do as a Sapper.
Good luck with it. By the way it would be REALLY funny to play together with another Sapper when we get C2. xD

Yeah… I don’t think I’m gonna go C3 for sapper, I was thinking about trying Scout or Wugushi after that?? I know I’m definitely gonna try Cannoneer c:

Edit - There’s a final note about the equipment attribute, something about it allowing you to wear armor without having to learn the attribute immediately.

Sapper C3 isnt that needed. Really. Its only worth cuz of higher skill lvls, but Spike Shooter is not that great (IMO) and a bit complicated to set up fast enough is a dire situation.
I’m doing Quarrel Shooter > Sapper C2 > Wugushi C2 > Cannoneer. Scout C1 seems nice for an utility bonus tho but I prefer the poison skills xD

The main reason I would try C3 would be to check how much more I could increase Claymore damage and check if it could hit 25k+ or more on criticals.
I see!! Neat! Right now I’m thinking Archer C2 > Sapper C2 > Wugushi > Scout > Cannoneer just for the sake of trying out Scout, but I’m a sucker for damage over times like poison ; 3;!

Possibly, esp with maxed attributes. I dont think theres any weapon that increases Sapper skills lvls? I didnt look up for it.
