there’s more after that, you might just be a tad low of a level to get the next main quest line
after clearing underground prison check your world map, the next quest is on the next map from before you get to warp (return) to orsha. Just tele back to the map before you warp to orsha and walk to the next portal (arrow).
Just grinded for a million years, (many consecutive hours) and got my second character to 36/12 (Priest). I think I’ve planned out a pretty intense Paladin/Priest.

Hey man, thanks! Just to clarify, you mean back on 3F? Or 2F? I beat the demon king, opened the chest and went back to Orsha and didn’t see any follow up quest.

I am doing it right now 
. The thing is, I was using the " ENGLISH language pack" on my release file before the last 30minutes maintenance. To try fix the error, I used the original (KOREA) “client_xml” and “user_xml” files. I could log in the server but one of my characters was gone, other one his hair was changed and I couldn’t log in the game.
