Can someone tell me a situation where Iron Skin (monk) has a real use? I though about spending a point to it, but i think this skill is not worthy a single point.
In Boss fights, i will prefer to attack than lose some seconds doing nothing, also the reflected damage will not be that high with just 60~230% more or less.
PvP, it will be almost useless because ranged and magic are not reflected, also probably i will take the damage for this sources while in Iron Skin. The only idea I had was time it right when someone use a powerful melee skill, maybe can I kill a Doppel with it?
Against monsters, it will be trash because the damage from monster are not high enough for them kill themselves.

Golden Bell Shield I can see some use if use properly, but seriously Iron Skin seems pretty bad and needing some rework.

I agree with you.
I have made a Rodelero because I really like the idea of the class but I havenā€™t progressed with it. They really need some love with buffs/reworks, hopefully the move of the enhance means it will get changed soon? :smiley: I can dream.

EDIT: woo Shield bash is now a strike move. Thatā€™s a buff :smiley:

The skill effect does not match the descriptions

Actually iron skin is a small version of golden bell, it resists DMG (ranged and magic), the only difference being that golden bell create a safety zone near you

(Or it was like that until iCBT2 )

I wish some of the rodelero skills were given to peltasta ; _ ; like targe smash.

i put a point into it, but the channeling was disrupted by a knock-down attack from a monster, i donā€™t think i have used it again, another time i got stuck channeling ( like dievdirby indefinite carving bug). ~_~ā€™ā€™

i thought iron skin reflect dmg ? ( well only a portion, but still you recieved some dmg)
and golden bell ā€˜safety zoneā€™ was an additional attribute you can unlock

I did some research and, in the icbt2, it had the effect of Golden Bell Shield. What make me curious if they changed it since because it is fixed in the tosbase video that shows the monster taking his attack back.

the previous Golden bell shield used to become immune to all damage & reflect damage?

No, Golden Shield Bell had the same effect that it has right now. So far what i know:

ICBT2:
Golden Bell Shield makes immune to all attacks.
Iron Skin becoming immune to all attacks (also ranged and magic, the same effect of Golden Bell Shield) and not reflecting any damage.

Now:
Golden Bell Shield makes immune to all attacks.
Not sure about Iron Skin, need someone to confirm if it is reflecting any damage at all and been immune only to melee.

Probably i gonna put a point into it, just to test it out lol

A change has been made so that it's no longer possible to resist Wugushi's Poisoning effects

So you can`t cure nor resist their poison nowā€¦LOL -_-
