Nope. Pain barrier does not remove root status ailment. Staggered = stun. Yes, swordies are immune to stun.

Also, how do I know? The last iCBT Snatching gave root effect to swordies.

No it does not prevent slow.

Unless they are auto attacking, IMO swordmen are still ok in PvP because their skills have considerable AOE. Remember that melee characters are designed to die first, so what matters is what they do before they run out of HP.

Anyway I’m wondering. Previously, coursing, snatching, and retrieve can be resisted (presumably from SPR). Since now they are being dps skill as well, what if the enemy is resisting? No damage? Anyone can try? Thankw anyway.

i don’t know about those spells specificaly, but cure can be resisted too, and when it happens, the foe takes no damage.

Wow, that bug has been present since kTest, last time I saw it was when Swell Body was used in 1v1 PvP and it enlarged enemy players.

I guess instead of fixing it, they just disabled the enlarging visual effect of Swell Body in PvP and called it a day. :sweat_smile:

Theres a new ToS Notice up. Changes are about fixes to Joint Penalty additional dmg not being applied (seems it doesnt include DoT dmg), fix to the Revive bug where players couldnt use skills after being revived and the removal of the SP reduction bonus from Steady Aim.

Joint Penalty additional dmg? As in from Attributes or its ‘nerf’?

wugushi + linker combo buff. I think before this fix JP attributes didnt work for dot effects.

Good, because nerfing Revive wasnt make any sense at all to me. And yesterday I had a problem that sometimes my skills was taking too long to cast, my character just stopped in the position to cast , but it took a lot more time than normal. Im pretty sure that it wasnt lag, because the monsters were still attacking me.

Wonder when they’re going to hit Swordsman C2/C3 and Rodelro now.
The Restrain, Thrust, Double Slash, Pommel Beat dependencies not working is goofy.

Is the new high anchoring trait 5% crit and 3% for every attribute afterwards? Is it flat crit rate? I don’t get it.

Heres a rough translation.

  1. Fixed a joint penalty skill error
  • Issues that apply only additional damage has been fixed.
  • Problems that dot damage is not applied has been fixed.

Thinking about it, how is cure being resisted? Do you mean the damage is suddenly blocked?

To be damaged from Cure, you need to be affected by the ‘Cure’ state.

It’s a debuff which is active as long as you’re in the Cure magic circle. That debuff state has a specific Buff Level (It’s Lv 1). If you have any effects which resist states or negate Lv 1 debuff effects, Cure’s damage can be blocked.

Corrections for the broken skills as documented below;

####Bugs with Joint Penalty Skill

  • Only the additional damage was being applied.
  • DoT damage is not being applied to Joint Targets.

####Bugs with Revive skill

  • Character was unable to perform any actions after being resurrected.
  • Invincible time was changed to 3 Seconds in Battle League.

####When using Steady Aim, SP consumption decrease wasn’t applying.

- 01/28(Thu) Update, where the SP consumption reduction was introduced.

It’s currently not working as intended, and the effect has been removed.
We deeply apologize for the confusion.

####Key Settings Errors

  • Already registered keys could not be registered to a different key.

MY build is somethign like this.
Pure dps … xD i know.

But i’m planning on making an support alche… so i want atelast one hard dpsler xD.

New twinarrows… 7sec cd. Is godly.
(350atk+youratk [low around 250?])*2 (if 100 attribute)2 if flying2 trough two hits.

At that level around 120.
You can easily deal 2400 ~3600 against non flying with 50 attribute points.
And double that agaisnt flying.

I enjoyed twin arrow… even when the cd was like 35 seconds… now its so goooooddddooooddd xD~

(barrage scales badly, level 5 is enough. Spiral isn’t worth for me , even if really good wont spamm ^^.)

I suppose so, but 10 seconds of ignoring damage is quite long and very forgiving, especially in a pvp scenario.
