From the KTOS patch notes:
13 Sorcererās Summon Servant buffs ignoring the buff limit has been changed.
I ddint quite get what it meant. Before it gave 1 buff=per lvl, and now it doooesā¦?
Ignore the buff limit of players . (swordsman 7, others 5)

Sorcerer's Summon Servant buffs will not count towards a player's buff limit.

My battle league button isnāt showing up anymore. Is the mode disabled right now?
Am I correct in reading this, each rune caster skill will require a runestone per use that costs 500 silver?

Yes, each skill consume 1 rune stone.
Thereās been a bit more headway with the quest. Someoneās posted some steps in how theyāve found it so far.
- There seems to be a Rune Caster reference in Fedimian somewhere. Talking to an NPC perhaps?
- There are books on Mage Tower F1, one of them will be the books which talk about Runecaster.
- After this, go and talk to Goddess Saule in Septnyi Glen and some dialog will appear (find the Runestones)
- Ahylas Jones has one Runestone (Isa), talk to him at Gateway of the Great King.
- Find the Hagalaz Rune in Nuoridan Falls at a Monument.
- Talk to the Dievdirbys Master in West Siauliai Woods who tells you a rune can be found here. Find the Algiz Rune in West Siauliai Woods (at the Stone NPC; secret place?)
- Find the Thurisaz Rune in Royal Mausoleum. The location might be randomised, but there will be one in the entire tomb, just not sure which floor itāll be on.
- Talk to the Chronomancer Master; she says she has a Rune Stone (Tiwaz) but needs some time to find it. Wait a while (not sure how long) and then talk to her again to acquire the rune.
- You have all 5 Runestones; combine them into the Rune Casterās invitation. The Master should now appear at the Goddessā Ancient Garden.
A few things to detail; Iām not sure about the Fedimian reference, people said talking to someone there at a specific time might be the case.
The Royal Mausoleum has 5 floors, each of them have the exact same NPC which should give you the Thurisaz Rune. The locations of these NPCs on each floor are as follows:
- 1F; [X: 649, Z: -1028]
- 2F: [X: -860, Z: -784]
- 3F: [X: -1046, Z: 144]
- 4F: [X: 477, Z: -1484]
- 5F: [X: -3062, Z: 316]
Each of these NPCs has the same NPC settings so only one should appear/give you a stone. (Possibly a timed respawn; nothing in the data mentions that though.)
Itās also unknown about the Chronomancerās time period before she gives you a Rune Stone. Her dialogue suggests to wait a while while she finds it. Probably speak to her again later.
Thatās all the information Iāve seen, but people have made the Master appear so there might be more to it. The books mentioning Saule and talking to Saule is the trigger to find some of the other Rune Stones though.

This woman is implied to control time to the point sheās basically immortal why do we have to wait anything? Geez, Iām just going to assume sheās lazy as hell.
