That’s… a really long cast time. I can see why there’s a Quick Cast attribute. It’s a shame that was only on one mob because of Hagalaz’s damage bouncing.

i suppose the attribute is also sort of forgiving to those who didn’t pick C3 and ended up on runecaster too, but if the chance to proc attribute still goes to up to lv 50 (50%) it might not be so bad when we think of later on in the game

- Wiz 3 is a must
- Halagaz = upgraded meteor
- Tiwaz = ice pike
Main draws are still the buffs though

Wiz 3 isn’t required but with that 10s cast i don’t think anyone would want to go this class without wiz 3.
