[kTest[Ktos]] Class rework thread

They will not have to worry about PvP autists complaining about Revenged Sevenfold at this rate since all the damage is hilarious.

If they keep following this route, the only ones dealing some damage will be those with stage 10 transcended weapons anyway :joy_cat:

Truth be told, I rather like the lower damages they are propsing now. As a matter of fact, we have no clue yet how these lower damages will be translated in terms of “easy of pve”, ince they are simultaneously scaling mobs down.

I just think it’s gonna be much easier to balance future rank content and PvP if numbers in general aren’t that big, and so less prone to explode/disappear given the slightest tweak.

Completely agree, I also find the nerfing of multhit skills especially a good thing. Now single-hit skills can also be relevant in the game and achieving an overall balance should be easier that way.

I do agree that some of the nerfs were too much but they can buff/adjust these skills or classes in different ways in future if they keep up releasing balance changes like this before the whole update hits live.

In all honesty they really do have to bump down damage or else everybody is going to hit damage caps. That or make the game like Diablo 3 for the next 300+ levels.

They should rename Storm Calling to Spring Breeze if the damage stays as low as the one shown in that video

Then change the tooltip to “Waste 1k of your silver and heals enemies of 5% of their max HP”.

Only 277 base M ATK.

It would actually be bad if a white weapon from lower Lv.120~ ish did great damage. A Lv.280 boss will have higher defense than Lv.120 bosses and that’s where skill factors comes in, hitting something with high defense with low attack = bad damage.

The correct one have around 500 MATK, that krivis is most likely full int too seeing his sp and hp.

Yes, and two of them are Lv75 and Lv125 weapons.

Besides this, it’s still only 496 Magic Attack.

Which is 612 Magic Attack, not that greater but still better.

I honestly wouldn’t want a 500 M ATK (even on full int) weapon to hit 5k+ out of the box when a Stage 3 weapon from Pyro+Agny with 4k M ATK hits for 6k ish and and monsters have ~60k HP at the Krivis’ level.

And Storm Calling should multiply the damage by 50% I think [citation needed], so it won’t do magic, you need big numbers to get higher numbers.

It’s the first one I linked indeed, the other two were just to show there are several.

And I was referring to Zaibas+Storm Calling damage, which seems way too low.

I agree zaibas nerf was too heavy, someone else said it’s almost as if they forgot to add 0 to the end. Hopefully it’ll be buffed before it hits live servers.

If the numbers are correct and Blessing still doubles the hits dealt with Heal, Cleric 3 will become the new Meta. 228%x2(Blessing)x15(skilllevel)x2(overheat)= 13680% damage. Now multiply that with 1,5 because the 50% attribute is cheap, you will get 20520% every 22 seconds (or every 17,6 seconds if you’re Dievdirbys C1+ with Laima). Meanwhile maxlevel Cure is locked at 1/3 of that damage. GG xD

Good Thing I already got my Hanaming gem save, it will surely explode in price if this will get ingame in the current version :slight_smile:

Sad to see Sadhu (and Kabbalist) is still bad, even with the boosted numbers. ~3000% with Possession and only half of that with Astral Body Explosion at max level still makes the Class only semi-viable after all.
Good thing is that Hamaya is now a lot weaker than Possession :smiley:

Plague Doctor also got hit very hard, as Black Death Smoke duration is not increased by the skilllevel anymore and Incineration is also ticking a lot slower while the % increase is only 5% per skilllevel. BB Diev/Miko/PD builds, you were meta while you lasted, August 2016-April 2017.

The stat changes look promising,though; seems like they copied RO again by adding boni for every 5-10 points invested into a single stat.

Attribute is maxed at 50%. It is also hard to get all 15 tiles to hit. (Unless you’re soloing perhaps).
