I foresee that sorc1 is good since scale weapon matk patch. Not only AoE damage, but damage mitigation and infinite targets aggro ability.

Yes it might be. Soon wizard rework patch on KR server. Sorc1 summon and cat buff are very strong.
A high-gear elementalist tested various variations. Conclusion: dropping a warlock rank for warlock2 + sorc1 could outdamage warlock3 (marnox summon).

Gae Bulgās hit is like a semi fake multihit.
Really what that damage is, is 2 lines of 700k+ represented with unbalanced numbers.
It might just be some weird visual showing of damage done due to Gae Bulg effect, if we consider he did 2 true hits the total damage done was around 1420k (so 710k each hit), still under cap. ToS has this very weird habit of showing damage in weird splits when multihits are involved anyway, so I wouldnāt be surprised.
If the user somehow manages to reach 1556k damage then heās definetely breaking the cap.

Do you know what the KR playerbaseās opinion of Shinobi is? It feels fairly overpowered, and its MP costs are extremely low too. Any chance it will be looked at with the wave of class changes?
Rodelero Shinobi Murmillo is considered the top boss dealer. O, I have not heard anything about plans to change shinobi.
I think Warlock C3 and Sage C2 might need change as well like matador/muskeeteer, both quite lackluster compare to others. Warlock C3 is what holding back legacy Elememe build, since it is full INT build and hardly plug into SM.
Warlock C3 Demon Scratch need to be fixed 3 hits at all, now it is too inconsistent and annoying, Sorc C1 did better in that AoE consistent damage.
Sage C2 need to duplicate frostcloud/hail/poleofagony/firepillar/flameground as real thing, not a fake magic circle. Compression need attract more targets and larger AoE, it is much worse than frost pillar as a R9-C2 class. Blinkās clone need to be able to continue casting blood sucking/physic pressure/hell breathe.
Then, Sage will be a good synergy choice for gimmicky DPS play style.

Honestly Archer tree needs some love tooā¦ they are re-working Falconer and Musketeer but ranks like Wugushi/Scout/Ranger are quite outdated and still underwhelming at the moment, as a result most Rank9 choices are quite fixed, and new ranks like Mergen2/Hacka2 arenāt really popular, basically every builds now involves a combination of Falc3/Swarz3/RogueX/QS3ā¦ 
When is itos getting those though?
