it’s not about the ping. it’s the Traffic.
bunch of players trying to login simultaneously that servers can’t handle it.
In short, it’s an unintentional DDOSing. xD
Don’t think so since I know lot of people who don’t have any problem getting in.
If it’s traffic everyone should be affected the same.

actually, everyone is affected. if you entered the game once, its so laggy coupled with the diificulties of logging in.

such thing never work at 1st place…go try log out and login again 5 times in a row…if u can login ingame 5 times w/o fail then come again at me and tell that i tell joke to u…if not then u tell BS

I fail to see your logic here.
You’re confusing 2 things, the error we’re talking about is at the start and you can’t go in the server if you get it.
Ingame server lag is another subject. (one for those who can get in).
For the first error, if I know people who are not affected by it, I can assure you it’s not about traffic since it should affect them too if it was.
I was able to get in after retry many time. Once dc out or log off and try to log in again mostly will stuck with that error. Only able to get in right away for few time.
It took a while till I can pass error and get in game again. About 10 min - 30 min or longer.
I think user.xml thing not relate to it. Because both of my KR/Steam ToS have same setting in it. except RecentServer/Char. On KR server I can log in fine and smooth without any problem. Feel like it might be something about server, connection itself or something else.

Game is not that laggy at all (for me at least and i am from SEA). I have the error and was able to log in and play for 3-4 hours there is a bit of lag when going in crowded places but nothing unplayable. Also my wife and brother was in the game and almost all channels are white i still get the error. I was also able to connect when a large portion of the channels are red on Laima.
Some already high levels…what about us?huhuhu 
Can some one help me with port’s for TOS? I opend 7030-7100 and 2000. Can’t find any info about port’s, and my firewall blocks everything, and i cant turn it off cuz i rly need it. Why is such a dark secret? PLEASE! HELP! I sitll get this “Cannot connect to server”

want to ask, anyone tried deleting their game and redownloading the client?
No other solution works, as for my opinion, it would seem to point towards connection and server.
It is poor net code or server overload, probably little bit of both.
I think I saw someone said they did that and still not work. I forgot where I see it though.

He didn’t know, the game he playing is on beta. He just a whiner kid. Poor one.
I tried everything including unplugging stuff and feeding cheeseburgers to my computer. Still nothing. Staying determinied.
