In my opinion dicID_^$ETC_20150918_014643$^ error may be about a timeout issue at the start of the connection with the server (or at the start of the character selection in the barrack).
As I can get in like 1 out 100 tries and some friends with better ping are getting in 9 out 10 times and the main difference being I have 200-300 ping and them 50-150ms. (And all of us had no pb during CBT1)
And seing how it’s randomly appearing and lot of random fixes (like alt tabing, spamming enter button), my guess is that it’s client-based.
Not sure… and no idea if my guess can helps you though.

please please fix the log in error as soon as possible or if not extend the duration of the beta. im enjoying the game but the log in error makes me want to give up my happiness and just wait for the fix. huhuhuhuh im already hook up with the game.
IMC can you provide us what information do you need, I think many have posted suggestions/work arounds that worked on them. I think that should at least help you see what works.
*I am thinking of cancelling my LEAVE at work and move it next week instead, bad call-bad call.

I do believe it has something to do with latency, as a SEA player I had trouble logging in but my friend was able to get in, maybe 3/5 tries? I had no idea but I’m definitely lagging a bit because my Internet package is slower.

They told us it’s their biggest concern and they are working on to fix it ASAP.
I’m not sure we can except more.

those posted workarounds are mere coincidences. You get in by random chance, and as it seems the problem is definitely server-related (something that is completely out of our hands).
I managed to get to lvl23 in 3 discontinued hours and about 4 hours of pray-try clicking 
I’m testing to see if I can log in 
But I’m really starting to think this has something to do with connection.
The servers are picking players with faster internet?! That’s racist! IMC DO SOMETHING FOR YOUR CUTE AND LOVELY ASIAN PLAYERBASE.

It seems that people on Windows 10 are getting these issues. Hello IMC, you know what to look at. At least update us with some news on how this is going. It’s been 2 days and I’ve tried getting on the server for 4 hours yesterday and I’m also nearing my time limit right now trying to log in.

Win 7 Pro x64 here and I’m getting that too. The same goes for two of my co-players, who both run Win 7 x64.
In my case, both myself and my brother are connected on the same network. While he can connect 9/10 of the time i can connect 1/10. So at last with us, the ping doesn’t make a difference, unless he is lucky as hell.

I’d like to know something though, have you started the game simultaneously? Or has he logged in earlier than you did. Did he/you both started during the first few mins of the game?

Are you both directly connected to the router or is one of you using wi-fi? (if yes could you try to swap?)
if not then i guess it’s not about ping then…
