I’m experiencing this issue and cannot log in with the character affected by the bug… Please fix this soon. Literally coming back from a long break and it really pisses me off to come back to this- not even being able to play. 
Guess I am not playing today again… As if all the FREEZE PROBLEM were not enough on Silute, now another problem to keep us away from the game, gr8

When are you going to fix or acknowledge Silute’s constant freezes? Or are u going to continue to ignore them and us?
We do apologize for the problems this has caused and our devs are currently looking into the issue mentioned in the announcement.
They have also been reviewing the reports in Silute and our teams is working to bring a patch from kTOS that will further help to address such issues. Please continue to send in your tickets so that we can continue to gather more information.
I have had this problem since day one (that’s more than a year ago)… changing map and sometimes loading screen blocked at 70%, nothing to do but kill the process. Glad to see the devs are finally looking into the issue…
What about the pets not appearing when you change maps/log in/switch channels? It’s now happening on every map, before this update (for me at least)it only happened when I went to a city, but now when I’m farming wherever, if I so happen to jump channels or relog, when I come back my pet is bugged and I need at least 20 to 30 seconds to get it back (and since I’m a SR, it’s kinda crippling me while I’m getting hit by a lot of angry monsters) 
I also have an SR so I do completely understand TT
