the shining silver anvil and the shining golden anvil were always exchangeable for recycling medals.

EDIT: You only mention 3 Items, really? 
There are ton of Items not exchangeable but belonging to older Goddess Cubes’ and were exchangeable in the past. There are Items you let me exchange right now but next week maybe I can not anymore because? 
Like Gabija Costume 2 weeks ago, all good, now I can not exchange anymore wow.
