And a clarification would be nice.
First of all, you can be easily be KSed, even to the point of harassment, while with a party in the same area, either by another party or individual players.
Secondly, mechanics preventing KS arenât care bear designs but simply different systems.
Thirdly, when itâs obvious some repeated and widespread behavior of players is uncomfortable you donât have to suck it up, especially when others feel the same, even if itâs a minority.
Of course, you have to employ common sense when protesting as a minority and understand when to give up, that is, when reasonable arguments exist. If the sentiment is shared by a majority you truly donât have to give up until either a solution or a final announcement has been issued.

I want IMC to say that killing monsters is okay even if someone claims they belonged to him instead.
And that griefing and harassing is not okay and people should record it and submit a ticket if this kind of problematic behaviour continues for prolonged periods.
It would end these threads pretty much 
Hold up, you cant consider getting the last hit violating a tos.
It would be like leaving a jar of candy outside in the middle of town square and then arresting anyone who takes any.
If this game gave a single â â â â about it they would change the way mechanics work if they didnt like it.
Instead they would do what WoW does and set up a tagging system where if people hit it first its theres until it leashes back or isnt hit for so long. Then it would reset and people would be able to claim the new tag.

That is just wrong. If most people enjoy the current game mechanics, itâs not okay if you keep whining about it and knowing youâre minority and it would make the game less enjoyable for the majority.

We know what KSing is and what it means.
People just wants the ToS to be in greater detail, because many people break the ToS without knowing and then they get banned or suspended or such and then complain. Technically you should read the ToS before playing any game.
You got that wrong⌠I want IMC to nicely say the official stand on this matter to stop these threads getting spammed over and over again. Because seemingly it doesnât seem to stop otherwise.
KSing is like taking something off the shelf when someone is obviously reaching for it in real life.
Apologising and move on or intentionally doing it happens in real life scenerio as well. Against the law? No. Being a huge â â â â ? Yes.

How about you re-read my statement.
You canât ignore the wishes of minorities. However, when there is no compromise possible and youâve delivered acceptable arguments, then indeed, a minority would have to concede.
To not paint a misleading picture, I have no idea how many are disturbed by the current mechanics.
People have questioned the KS system since the beginning and IMC didnât change anything, yet, the issue is still maintaining a considerable momentum.

Kill Stealing wonât get anyone banned. I was trying to point out an example. Kill Stealing is in every MMOs and I understand that. You get KSed and then you move on. If someone is constantly KSing you, you CC. Iâm here to see what was IMCâs standpoint on KSing was all. Not here to complain about KSers and cry to IMC.

You could also read it like OP is a malicious KSer, asking if they could get banned for it or not, and is just waiting for the OK so they can go harass people all day since itâs not against the TOS.
Seriously, nobodyâs complaining about nor advocating KSing, just wondering if that counts as violating the rules.
Exactly, theyâre for everyone. Not just you. And taking them all for yourself could possibly be considered abusive, disruptive, or hinder the natural progression of the game.
Theyâre equally for both players, the KSed and the KSer. So if one player goes too far, could they get reported or banned?
Itâs not something to be casually brushed aside, itâs already stated in the rules, so someone could potentially get (wrongfully?) punished simply for the act of attacking the monster in front of them.

you actually think that ANYONE would care even the slightest if its allowed or not? Iâd not even care if they ban me to be honest.
If you dont care about getting banned, then why even play. Surely there are games out there that you do give a â â â â about and want to play.
the most funy thing is when youre support/healer and noobs are ksng youre stuff and later theyre inviting you for pt(because its too hard to solo farm) or heal (well why he should waste pots when he can grab a cleric ?)âŚmy friend is a bit wellâŚhe holds grudges so everytime some ksâs mobs from (well not 1-3 mobs but a bunch by âAlpha behaviorâ coming to a spot and taking it because HE came and the rest can gtfo) him he notes who made it so later he can say âsorry mr kser try geting better alone rather than asking others to make youre char betterâ

yet i first asking for party. then if the player dont want to party up what can i do? stop doing the quest i do and lose the EXP?
some poele jsut dont understand that mmo are not solo games. yuo need to party up or suck it up.
