I’m sure many of you who drift around the forums have seen complaints on complaints, petitions for changes or balances or whatever they might be. Requests to ban bots, and to add features to the game. I am guilty myself.
As it stands it seems that IMC does not have the structure or stability to facilitate ALL of our requests - this is not and never was nor will become a AAA title that can constantly fix and focus everything down to a balanced tee the way that games like WoW, Dota and LoL do.
It’s great that while many have chosen to move on from the game, there are those of us who are still holding on - but let us be focused in our criticism and requests.
It seems as though IMC and the developers are completely being thrown in wildly different directions, and it shows in the way they update and focus on features and issues.
As a community, we need to be more united and vocal about the highest priority things to focus. In our scattered state, hardly what we’re doing.
For example there is a huge split about botting//RMT control, and class balancing and reworking the leveling experience - which of the two do we want to see worked on as a higher priority ? Our developers cant cover every hole of this sinking ship.
I urge you all to ask yourself before making your next complaint, will fixing this (whatever you were going to post about) make the biggest impact in improving the game better at this point in time? What can we live with temporarily, and what do we need to stop the populations from dwindling before its too late?
