Due to users being unable to enter the game because of the time it takes for us to process these irregular items, as a show of apology we would like to compensate these players with the following items:

(4) Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x10
(5) Earth Tower Entry Voucher (14 Days) x10

We have sent compensation to these unlocked accounts and special compensation will be provided after our investigation is complete.
The additional compensation will come later. In regards to the event, the compensation is so generous to make up for missing out on it.

Is like I said in a ticket that I sent to IMC that was not answered, my problem is not with the consumable items
I collect the aesthetic items of events they do
lose one of those items, would upset me
