Do you really insist on “punishing” the players for a company error? You kept that up, right? Just show me the level of incompetence you are. It does not matter if people have used the problem. Removing the items is rather something feasible and sure to be doing. But punishing players for your incompetence is a way for you to make us believe that the mistake was ours and not yours. There was maintenance in an attempt to correct the problem that got worse and instead of monitoring very closely, you left the game for more than 12 hours active and thus more people ended up ■■■■■■■ with it. It is not the question of being intentional or not, but the question that you do not know how to solve and take the blame for the problem and decide to use the players as “examples” of the mistakes that you do not know how to manage.
Every day I do Hunting Grounds with my friends, yes, every day … And it would not be different on bug days, or I should leave the game and wait for your willingness to fix the problem, just as they did with the Problem of TP CASH at the time of the beginning of the game in which there are people until today with TPs of that time in their accounts. Returning to the subject, and with this we exchange items between us, but we will be punished because we could not exchange items that dropped in the game affirming that we are abusing the game.

Do not worry, those 4 - 7 days will be enough to put together a dossier and go to court for moral damages and laws that protect consumers. Keep up the great work of yours! [Sarcasm]: slight_smile:

I did reported it on the first day that started only with the HG 280, after the short maintence the DPK came with even more drop rate on all maps.

I don’t think they are actively “banning” people who exploited. They are just legit going to take a whole week to go through all accounts and verify everything, that’s why flagged accounts are exempt from logging on.

Kinda feels like punishment, though.

And that aside, there still seems to be people who didn’t get flagged and are still playing atm with 100+ cubes in their inventory.

QUESTION: Is being unable to play Tree of Savior really punishment or a blessing in disguise?

Any ETA on when you guys are posting the compensation for the time down and if you’re gonna extend the events or not? I wanna know if I should be quitting the game now, I don’t want to wait around for more disapointment

Imagine a player who has a habit of accumulating boxes before opening them, how will IMC differentiate this player from someone who has abused the bug ?. Or the guy who has a saved Sissel or Battle Bracelet? I really hope that IMC has a way of identifying the date of creation or drop of items. Any admin could answer this question ???

why are you being stupid like 90% of the other people here?

you abused the system by using the bug that was going on. the best you could have done was to stay away… but if u wanted to grind exp. then open the cubes and delete the items. or dont pick up any at all…

a Rollback would hurt it far more then anything because it doesnt just affect one or two people it affects all players 1000s more.

So, let us say, the right choice to do, is punish players, for a developers errors.
Seems kind unreal, i’ve played on this “dpk bug”, they said that wold be a manut 16:40 EDT, and they said nothing about the problem, if it was a bug or a exploit, or even an event.
DANM, would’ve been better to close the server since the bug was noticed?
thx imc, i’m done.

@lewleitx No news on the events yet or the compensation details, as the accounts are still being investigated and the situation assessed. We’re doing what we can to speed up the process, but it may still take a while from the looks of it.

@inspetor85 Any items you may have been carrying since before the DPK error occurred will not be counted. We’re only counting irregular items created by the recent issue.

@STAFF_Ines What will the IMC give players because it misleads everyone? In my case I had never entered an HG, I was in the 170 was not dropping anything at all after two hours of grind, I went in another HG if I am not mistaken of the 210 and was dropping boxes I stayed 10-20 minutes and left, there were The maintenance I thought it was all right a day later I went to HG again and was dropping easily the boxes in the tree of savior you do not have the option to leave the item on the floor automatically goes to inventory ie the error is from IMC and you Exposes the patrimony of you, which are the clients making it impossible to access the account and still accuse them of abuse … I will return to blade and soul at least the company that admits is a company that takes the players seriously.

@prossatanos yeah … and now go for good :joy_cat:

I did not. Lol, not even a single item was exploited by me.

Where did you come up with it?
Rollback is the best solution. Was at least.

For those who exploited guiltly or not, and for everybody that didnt even touched the exploit.

At first I thought rollback was too severe since at least a good deal of players that were somehow “abusing” the low dpk weren’t totally aware it was not intended, and because of that IMC’s decision to have that frigging long maintenance to remove extra itens seemed like a very good idea.

Then, after 18+ hours of maintenance, IMC announced the account blocking until further investigation and itens remolval actually happened. At that point rollback started to seem like the best idea really, simple way to deal with it so all players could get back to the game and enjoy their weekend with some sort of valid refund for their lost progress due to therollback.

But right now, after this cascade of really bad managing decisions and shows of utter incompetence, one after the other, I just think the best idea is for IMC to actually step out of this game’s management totally. Geez, no matter how bad any company can be at their job, IMC defintely does it worse!

Whichever solution they come up with right now, I’m already way past biased to say it’ll just suck for sure and players will pay for IMC’s faults no matter what.

But hey, maybe by blocking us they’re actually helping us realize we’re better off not playing this game, even though it’s awesome, cause IMC definetely isn’t worthy our time, much less our money.

Reclamem na Steam, abram reclamação sobre o jogo, mal funcionamento, analise negativa. É bem mais eficiente que vir fazer mimimi em forum.
