It is literally impossible to play in a server as full as this one

It is literraly impossible to play in a server as full as this one.
You guys have 26% of your players from north america, playing on 2 north american servers, and also have 25% of your players from south america, PLAYING ON THE SAME NORTH AMERICAN SERVERS.
You guys see the problem, right? You know it will only get worse on weekends and on free to play. Truth is, South America needs not only one, but the optimal solution would be TWO south american servers, in order to support the current players and the new ones who are to come. You cannot run away from this, and I don’t even wanna bring the LevelUp! discussion. So please, stop running away from the south american players, and stop neglecting that while you don’t open a SA server, you will be making the game experience of more than 50% of your players a shitty one.
Pardon my french, but for ■■■■’s sake, we all like this game, we just wanna enjoy it the most.

I would be happy with the opening of only one server, though, but still…

Wow which server are you on? I’m on klaipeda and just took this picture in the same spot as you.

Looks like they just need to open more channels

I have been trying to play for 5 hours now, 4 hours of queue and droping, and queue again, when I finally got on, lag, fps droping, impossible to farm or kill a boss, monster I soled easily in the closed are now as dangerous as a boss for me, I can’t dodge they skills, I can’t even move… it’s freezing all the time, and it’s not just me, all my friends are having this problem and it’s not only the servers, it’s abnormal this fps drop sudennly

Wow seriouslly, they have 16 servers for klaipeda and 8 for orsha? WTH, a lot of SA players are on Orsha, do IMC have a problem with SA? WTF is that?

That is getting ridiculous already, Orsha got like 90% of the SA folks plus players from around the globe. The game will not work on weekends, it will be impossible to even move.

Why are you people complaining about something that is already being dealt with? LOL

Servers are made, people refused to switch because of the progress that they made, so everyone’s waiting for transfers.

No, they made servers for Europe and for SEA, and they did it on Steam, not only through a publisher. It would be more than fair and right to make a SA server on Steam as well. People on SEA have a choice of playing the Steam or the PlayOne server. They are not waiting for the servers, so why do you think it would be fair for people from SA that everyone waits for a server to open like 6 months from now, and we won’t even be able to transfer our 6-month progress to the server where the latency will be reduced. Did they say anything about opening a SA server on Steam? This problem will be “dealt with” when they announce this, otherwise, they are just making excuses and procrastinating a real problem.

That’s an entirely different issue that applies only to SA people. I’ve already supported your fight to get a server through steam, rather than LU by voting steam on your big thread.

I think it’s unfair that SA people don’t have a real choice, but all you can do is hope that IMC will decide to give you a server through steam, as well.

But with EU and SEA players transferring from NA servers, once the transfer is available, it will make the lag issue go away for the most part. At least during the EA.

f2p might bring lag problems again once it comes, but I’m sure they will deal with that too.

I see your point, but the issue is that unfortunately, SA people are overloading the servers, I mean, the opening of new servers is being considered, but a SA server would solve all the lag issues, or at least a new US server for the time being, the point is, it has been 4 days now, and the demand of US and SA players is more than half of the community, and they are not prioritizing the biggest problem. I am not by any means saying that US and SA people are more important and deserve anything faster, but the issue is that it is a major problem, and they are not pronouncing so much about this. They just made one post of the currently known issues and that is that.

In the end, people will just move to LU, even if they hate it.

Honestly, how bad can it be? IMC already made the game extremely p2w, lol.

I guess, customer service could be worse on LU, but considering that it’s bad here, as well. I kinda can’t see it being any worse than it already is here.

Unless there’s some secret thing that LU is even worse at :stuck_out_tongue:

Maybe updates would come a bit slower, I guess?

I have to agree. The lag is so absurd that even if people don’t like LU they will have to play there. And this is awfull!! I’ve payed to play on NA and the fact that its impossible to play is not the PING. If it was stable at 230~380ms It would still be fine but unfortunately we are pretty far to be stable.

Overpopulation makes playing this game so frustrating. If I knew it would be borderline unplayable I wouldn’t have bought the founder’s pack.

It’s Friday morning right now and my game looks exactly like your screen shot. I’ll definitely be avoiding ToS on the weekend if weekday mornings, like right now, look exactly like a weekday evening.

I am not looking forward to release at all. I’m not confident that one new server will be enough for SA or NA.

I really think that they should open at least 1 SA server, and another NA server, if that’s the case. The bad thing about level up is that they will not be offering a transfer, while SEA players got their own server and will not be forced to lose all their progress for better ping, since they will have a local server on Steam. The problem is not going to level up, the problem is that people from other parts of the world are having a treatment that people from SA would also like to have. If SEA players will be able to keep their Steam characters and have a fair local ping, why the SA players will have to start all over again if they want a good latency? It is unfair, new servers should be opened, and SA players should receive the same support SEA players are receiving and, by that, the NA players would also benefit, as their local servers will get less congestioned.
