I just hit C3 Cataphract and have level 16 Trot (+1 from Galin Trident) which has a 52 second uptime and a 50 second cooldown. My buff ends almost 2 seconds before the cooldown is over which I beleive has to do with two things. I think the timer is about 5% slower than the buff ticks and the buff is applied almost a whole second before the skill goes on cooldown. Now that I noticed it with Trot, I’m noticing that almost ecery buff skill and charge skill works this way, even offensive skills. I feel like this is an oversight in almost all cases.

yes. lvl 15 trot which 50sec uptime and 50 sec cd. Actually and 5 sec before the cd.
Occurs with Pyromancer’s “Enchant Fire” as well; at Lv5 it has a 110 second duration with a 110 second cooldown however the effect ends about 3-5 seconds before the skill comes off of cd.
I don’t know if it’s ur case, but activating some attributes makes skills have higher cooldowns.
Wouldn’t mind a longer Blessing since it kinda weird carrying a ton of holy powder to throw at ppl.
There are outright bugs that can make a difference of up to 10s on various skills.
Priest buffs working just fine here.
