I wanted a build with Falconer and Musketeer, focused on AoE but still great on single target when needed, but I really don’t know if this is viable.

My understanding is that Fletcher is very weak at circle 1. With your build you may want to choose a different R5 class. You could go Scout for the Flare shot and the added defensive utility, Wugushi for the Zhendu and Wugong Gu, or Quarrel for the Pavis to lure enemies nicely and caltrops. I personally went hunter bc I like their utility, snatching is Beast dmg on flying enemies coursing is nice for holding down those tanky mobs in the open world and rush dog has a small aoe with a 5s cd.
