Is the damage of Blue Spion Archer right?

Hello, I’m 230 Warlock now, questing Nahash Forest, and there’s Blue Spion Archer. Want to ask if he’s that strong or something is wrong, i’m can’t kill more than one at a time cause Spiral Arrow destroys me lol
I’m using full plate and almost 100 con, they have like 60k hp and i need to use frost cloud just for one or i can die easily

Level 200 and what to expect!

im a fletcher with 30 CON and i did all the quests in nahash, no nerf needed. ty no h8 m8 i r8 8/8
