I think this build you made is pretty good for PvE.
Cannon shot and Shootdown have 5 second cooldowns. From what ive heard (don’t remember the source) shootdown does more dps than cannonblast even on ground targets because of its cooldown. I’d reccomend going 5 on both cannon shot and shootdown because they are the cannoneer skills you will be using the most anyway. I think Siege Burst is the worst of them all (more pvp based I think) so i would only leave one point in that at best.
