No, Stone Curse hits 5 monsters at Lv 1.
However, I don’t recommend taking the skill as its cast time is quite long for a CC skill, and you can’t move during casting either. Its range however, is quite interesting. (similar to Ice Pike, but longer)
Take it for pvp. Sleep > Stone Curse > Rip Other Team

Sleep is very good in pvp

are we talking about the same skill? maybe you talking about sleep? the video i saw for stone curse was quite quick ,_,
Sleep doesn’t require you to fully charge the cast bar, so that’s why I find it way faster than Stone Curse. (In fact, I can actually almost instant cast it.)
I honestly have yet to find myself successfully casting Stone Curse in any battle situation due to the requirement of fully charging the skill and the immobilization during charging.
Is there a stat that can decrease cast times?
