Is Sneak hit crit chance affected by critical resistance?

Hi, wondering if the critical chance from sneak hit is affected by crit resistance. Sneak hit doesn’t give crit rating, just a huge chance to critically hit, so I’m not sure if critical resistance goes into the equation. I’m thinking the equation could be (crit rate - crit res (42/Lv) + Sneak Hit). I don’t know if this is true, just an assumption, but I don’t want to assume wrong.

Has anybody tested this and can give me a definite answer?

Thanks!

Actual crit chance = (the crit calculation) + sneak hit is correct. I am able to crit consistently from behind even with no dex invested.

[removed, I was wrong.]

I can’t provide you mathemathical test/proof atm though.

Disregard this, I am wrong.

Crit chance = (Crit Rate - target Crit resistance) * (0.15) at lvl 280.
So crit rate base of around 65, Dullahan 101 crit res.

(65 - 101) * (0.15) = -5.4.
This is very little when you take into account the +70-90% crit chance of sneak hit.

The reason I felt like I critted less is probably because the enemy changed/turned and its animation did not show it turned/moved on my screen.
