Max level of the skill gives off 200% additional damage, does it scale with STR/physical damage/damage?
I think that it scales only to base patk. Elemental atk will be added later to the final dmg and can’t be +200% dmg from running shot.
str,ptk and elemental.
THe problem is that it cant CRIT, this is why many ppl say it isnt future proof, compared to a crit build, as it scaling will fall off hard later on, the same with wugushi. Also didel grand cross is an RNG fuckfest to get.
In iTOS it can crit. In kTOS, apparently it doesn’t crit
i assume once we get the patches from KR at the end of the month, it wont crit for us also anymore. This is why i would personally wait until we get them, before i start q3 build.
I think the whole think about the rs cant crit it’s just a myth, i dont see a single video which can prove it

That’s pure BS. They should have left it the way it is. This kTOS patch + iTOS nerf to running shot’s atk speed is -100% on QS classes.
It’s really Tree of Nerfs.
actually it’s just correct the skill description
the bug one is what we have now in iToS
in description it writes “additional attack by % of base attack” but what we got is "increased attack by %"
it’s not even a nerf 
Well, if you try see the description should add more damage to QS auto attack.
Example:
"additional attack by % of base attack"
base atk: 1000
running shot bonus: 1000 * 2.8 (280% lvl 7 using GC) = 2800
total atk: 1000 + 2800 = 3800
increased attack by %:
base atk: 1000 * 2.8 = 2800
(I’m not sure if I get it right though)
the problem is the additional attack cannot crit 
If the base attack crits then the running shot bonus will work off that attack. 280% of that critted attack is what gets added.
even the ktos vids show this happening

if you crit for 1k, the total attack is 1000+2800
if your non crit attack hits for 1k, the total attack is 1000+2800
no it works seperate
example
normal attack: 100
when crit: 150
rs 200% = 200
when RS
normal dmg out put: 100 + 200
crit dmg out put: 150+200
got it ?
Here are my numbers when not kneeling while measuring their before and after hp in itos :
Edit 2 : Grand cross weapon so 280%.
PATK is 531-541
Crit atk is 233
Enemy was green kepari shaman with 203 def
2693 when I crit with running shot on.
1229 when I don’t crit with running shot on.

Please explain how your formula would end up with what I got from actually shooting stuff in game based on my stats.

(531-203) * 3.8 = 1246
(541-203) * 3.8 = 1284
((531-203)1.5)+233)3.8 = 2755
((541-203)1.5)+233)3.8 = 2812
Those numbers seem awfully close to my actuals but I didn’t account for the size reduction on missile.
Isn’t 280% x 2.8 and not 3.8?
1x + 2.8x = 3.8x
