Hello, I’m fairly new to this game and I was thinking about playing a cannoneer and I made a build like that:
Archer1>Quarrel Shooter3>Scout1>Falconer1>Cannoneer2
What do you think about this build? I will be playing both PvP and PvE and I don’t want to be OP just powerful enough.
Should I change QS3 or is it ok?

I would recommend Archer2> QS3>Scout 1> Cannoneer2
So extra crit (swift step) would be better than more AoE (circling) overall? Talking about PvP+PvE.
Yes for archers crit will be more useful. Archers get more crit rate then any other class without gems.

I got Oblique shot lvl 5, did I mess up my build?
Should I change something else?
You do not have to copy this build 1:1. if you feel like you want a higher kneeling shot then go for it. You can take points out of full draw and put in kneeling shot.

Is multi shop lvl 10 so important? Because I learn Oblique shot lvl 5 and I don’t have enough points 
And I can see kneeling shot and bazooka aren’t a priority (at least to level up to lvl5, right?
no multishot lvl 10 isnt that important. If you were going Falconer then i would say its important.

If you want to pvp with cannon don’t go low dex, or you will be the non factor cannonner that miss all their hits on archers and swordies.
