Is Fletcher 2/3 > Schwartez Rider A Viable Build?

I was just wondering if anyone knew this.

I have A1 > R3 and i was going to go F3 but something occurred to me.

You get your pets stats when mounted and you can use fletcher skills so technically couldn’t you go mostly dex while your pet was all strength for a type of insane damage fletcher build?

Hundreds of str from pet and extreme crit chance from dex from your char etc.

From what i have seen it should be possible so i was wondering if it was or if i got something wrong because if its correct then that combo should be the most damaging class combo by far right?

You don’t get physical attack stats from your pet.

It would still be great for insane crit attack though right?

There is no point going F1/F2 with SR.

Currently you get none of your pets stats, or at the very least, it doesn’t update correctly on the character pane, however I’m fairly certain you don’t get any of their stats at the moment.

You’re SUPPOSED to get some of their health and defense, but none of their offensive stats. This is a huge kick in the teeth to me because I had several SR and Cata builds planned around getting all of my pets stats. They need to seriously fix/clarify the “You gain your pets stats when mounted” tip and mechanic.

Fletcher -> SR here, going for Fletcher 2.

  • you get pet stats, basically hp and evasion, no str.

  • I like it overall, I regret SR much more than Fletcher. I’m playing a DoT build with Wugushi and full STR (but crit gems).

My gear is horrible right now but it’s enough to be the top DPS almost always. I don’t like R3 with fletcher but it’s up to you.

Can you tell me how much HP you get while mounted ?

1691 right now. 25% of my pet health.

ps. Keep in mind the pet must have stamina to affect ur stats.

This is a problem ? Is easy for the pet to run out of stamina ?

you recover his stamina by giving food, so not a big deal.

Hunters have an attribute to make it last longer however, SR don’t.
