yes, there is a conspiracy conducted by IMC to lag out the servers so no one can play.

my question was aiming for something like this: are there known issues or a maintenance or are they stress testing

It is not a conspiracy , that IS what happened with first wave of Beta testers, they trolled them hard with economy changes.
I assume that about 80% of first wave beta testers left , because of lag and theses weird patches that only screwed the game more.
That is partially the reason why they had extra keys to give away, because by the end of the week the servers we’re deserted.
