Investigation on Wrongfully Banned Accounts

No, they do. They care about you as you are playing their game.

the last thing i did in the game before maintenance is selling lvl 380 primus weapon with 4 green stat, then i got banned without knowing where’s my mistake…
i don’t even know if it sold or not because i can’t login after maintenance over
:expressionless::expressionless::expressionless:

If they did care, then this wouldn’t have been sent to him.

Check the second picture. It clearly states that IMC is “unable to reverse the sanction” given to his account.

there is always 2 sides to a story. If you sold low quality items for 100 million + multiple times that could also be a reason you got banned

That could be the case for others, but what about those who didn’t do anything like that? There have been more and more complaints from people saying that their accounts got banned for no reason at all. Like everything was going as usual, and then after the whole market thing blew up, boom. Account perma-banned.

the problem is they didn’t tell me where’s the fault…
that primus weapon is clean and i just put the prices just like the other primus weapon that already put by other player/seller in the market…

I’be been banned wrongly also. I didn’t use the market and didn’t have any item registered on it during the confusion with the illegal silver. I also don’t have any relation with the people who were responsible for it. Yet I’ve been banned.

I’ve created a topic about it.

I have also been banned in the same way and always receive the automatic message.
With all due respect, he is few caring for the player who plays honestly.
