Investigation on Wrongfully Banned Accounts

I expected an actual answer to my previous ticket and yet i received an autoresponder that did nothing to help my case and the case of many others who got wrongfully banned. GM Francis said that you’re still undergoing more investigation into the matter and yet your autoresponders are giving less hope to the players by saying that our accounts are now “permanently banned” after violating rules. No proper explanation and no closure on the topic.

What was violated? My account is probably one of the poorest characters in game and have never reached over 20m at a single time. I’ve never even had a good enhanced weapon to +16 with how little silver i have. All efforts to obtain silver through the market and through grinding were made without any illegal means, and ended up spending so much time and effort. I’ve even spent real money on this game just to try out TP, so why would I do anything to cause a ban? It’s really unfair to ban us like this without looking into our actual gameplays. We deserve more than autoresponders for this serious case.

Please. We need hope that you guys are actually still investigating the banned accounts, and really putting weights on those who actually used illegal silver hacking and such compared to those who barely even transacted in the market and are barely making any mark in the game as players.

Coming from this guild, I’m pretty sure you did some trade with RMT users
One of the staff said that the best thing to do now is to wait and try to communicate by ticket, since the forum is this mess

Just say what really happened, and if you did trade with someone who was recently banned just say so too…
if there was a misunderstanding, they will fix it.

Same thing happened to me and a friend. We got banned for no reason, sent a ticket, and then they reply with the same generic message that we “violated” the EULA and sht. No explanation, no anything. Just a message telling us we “violated” it. Like, give us an acutal explanation please. Do you know how frustrating it is to find out that the account you made, the tiring and endless grinding we had to go through just to level our characters and earn silver, has been permanently banned for no reason at all? I would have been satisfied if you guys gave us an actual explanation. But this? IMC please, do something about this or you’re going to lose more players.

I already sent a ticket, and all they replied was an autoresponder saying we violated the EULA and stuff. And that’s the problem, we don’t even know what we violated. We don’t even know if we traded or bought something from the market that was from a recently banned person. I mean, come on. Before this whole thing blew up, how would you even know that the item in market was sold by them? You would have absolutely no clue.

I did try to explain in detail through the ticket but all they had to offer was that autoresponder, so it’s getting really frustrating here in the forums and even in support. :frowning:

how about list name and team name whose got wrong ban here, probably that could help? as some player got list who abuse the market, can check it

How about stop crying and let them finish their investigation? Sounding like the democrats now.

Do you not see the “upon further investigation, we have verified that your account…” part in their auto responder? This implies that they are done “investigating” the account. They could have not responded and we could have waited, but then they give us this, so of course we would be frustrated and worried if they actually did one. Based from what I read in the forums, this is what they usually respond to people appealing and asking about why they got banned.

Can you give us the name of the player please? So we can message them the details. Thanks :slight_smile:

you can try look yourself at other thread silute market hack … there player post list market abuse and pm them, just a sugestion but idk if here can reveal our name/team name

the same thing happened to my account
I can’t log in after the last maintenance
there was no problem before maintenance and suddenly after maintenance I could not log in
has sent a ticket but has not been answered
and I really don’t know what my mistakes are causing me to be banned

I got banned too for no reason, and yes, they answered me with automatic answers that I violated bla bla bla
Asked what I violated and they said they can’t tell me for “security reasons”, há…

O mesmo aconteceu comigo, postei coisas no market mais não foi nada exorbitante ou fora no normal como muitos fizeram, todo uma historia perdida com game só posso lamentar:sonolento::sonolento

:cold_sweat: My number of hours isn’t as big as that, but it is really hard to cope knowing you’ve spent so much time and effort in playing the game only to get banned for no real reason. “Security reasons” sounds like an excuse for not really looking into the issue.

I understand that IMC is probably concerned more right now about the silver gain and loss havoc among players at the moment. However, what about the players like us who can’t even log in to our own accounts because of this? We need as much attention as the other issues they’re facing.

There is, you need to go to support in that page and then remove it manually from there…

I have the same problem… They don´t give me any personal check to my problem. Inclusive they told me that they don’t will give me more answer about this.

I have a lot of time playing this game, i don’t fell any respect for us.

But they don’t take care about us.
