I expected an actual answer to my previous ticket and yet i received an autoresponder that did nothing to help my case and the case of many others who got wrongfully banned. GM Francis said that you’re still undergoing more investigation into the matter and yet your autoresponders are giving less hope to the players by saying that our accounts are now “permanently banned” after violating rules. No proper explanation and no closure on the topic.
What was violated? My account is probably one of the poorest characters in game and have never reached over 20m at a single time. I’ve never even had a good enhanced weapon to +16 with how little silver i have. All efforts to obtain silver through the market and through grinding were made without any illegal means, and ended up spending so much time and effort. I’ve even spent real money on this game just to try out TP, so why would I do anything to cause a ban? It’s really unfair to ban us like this without looking into our actual gameplays. We deserve more than autoresponders for this serious case.
Please. We need hope that you guys are actually still investigating the banned accounts, and really putting weights on those who actually used illegal silver hacking and such compared to those who barely even transacted in the market and are barely making any mark in the game as players.









My number of hours isn’t as big as that, but it is really hard to cope knowing you’ve spent so much time and effort in playing the game only to get banned for no real reason. “Security reasons” sounds like an excuse for not really looking into the issue.
