Nice. Already made mine (just lv 1 because I don’t want level up on steam anymore). I want to see the wallpapers.

Each time you complete a badge with cards, you get a random emote from that specific game. You can also probably just buy it in the market section too, eventually.
I did not receive the letters, even at 1300 hours. 
And my friend who has 39 hours and has not played for months, received.
