Instance will not reset for one of my character

Bug Description :
After the last maintenance, the instances will not reset for one of my character . It has been like this two days still no fix

I confirm the same issue. There is also a bunch of people reporting in this thread as well: IMC Dungeons ARE NOT Resetting for Some Players at 6AM

Same issue here. I got a response from my ticket but I can’t try it until later.

If someone wants to try it and report back that’d be great… although I doubt this will fix anything since it seems like a generic fix-it response.

From your Steam game Library,

  1. Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.).
  2. Click on Properties.
  3. Click Local Files tab.
  4. Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
  5. Restart your router or internet connection and again re-launch the game from Steam.

Furthermore, kindly disable or uninstall add-ons or third-party programs (if any) before doing the above procedure as these programs alters the game files which could lead to the problem you are experiencing.
