Insane lag/freezing after last patch

Good day guys!

So I have been playing Tree of Savior since the release and never had many problems with lag or freezing like the one I am having currently.

Been doing the halloween missions every day multiple times since they released. Never had any lag or freezing no matter how much spamming was going on, and I play on max settings the ones ToS allows atleast.

I have noticed a ABSURD amount of increase in my lagging and freezing in game particulary on the halloween missions, anywhere from 1 second to up to 10 seconds freezes ( where I can still move but no damage is being seen etc, often times finding myself dead upon normal functioning again.)

As mentioned I have never had this issue before the patch and now its rampant, disturbing my gaming experience so much I have even considered just dropping the game, it is that unplayable now…

Anyways I cleaned up my pc defragmented etc. all the good stuff.
No improvements have been seen, I have even resorted to playing on all low with all options ticked off in the options menu. I see no change at all still the same insane amount of lagging and mostly freezing all day long.

I am at wits end, is it my pc that went gaga from one patch to the next and now I cannot play this game at all anymore, or is anyone else experiencing this.

P.S. my pc can handle running black desert online blade and soul uhm stuff that needs more than ToS so is my pc really the issue?

It could be something with the latest patch, or something’s f*cky with their servers (reduced capacity?). I’m experiencing it too as well as a lot of other players in my server (Telsiai).

I see, I was thinking the same thing since I did nothing to alter my performance except for now cleaning up my pc which did nothing.

I asked people in my guild and they are divided, some experience the same issue while others have no problems at all and have the same experience as before.

My fps is 60 and got like 16 to maybe 25 ms in the halloween dungeon.

I was advised to change channels if it happens. Still hit-n-miss. Can’t really do anything when it comes to dungeons though. Hope they fix this soon.

My brother and I share the same network. He experiences the same thing after that Ninja Patch behind our backs. Clearing The Cache helped. Atleast for his side.

#1 Open Steam
#2 On The game List “Right” Click on Tree of Savior(Engl
#3 A List will pop, Choose “Properties”
#4 A New Tab will open followed by a List of new other tabs Stating
a.General
b.Updates
c.Local Files (<<<< Pick This TAB!)
#5 As Listed
"Verify Integrity of Game Cache…"

-Now what will happen is it will compare files and check for any corrupted files and will delete those files.
-After the system checks it, there will be data missing for the system to do checks and re-upload those files missing
#6 Just Go back to steam l>Play the game and it will re-update the missing corrupted files.
